More Dr Who WTF... WIP

I wasn't going to post these, but I sent them over to Matt who's writing this sick tale for feedback. He's posted panel 1 on Facebook so the cat's out of the bag.

Still work in progress so they need touching up before adding the colours. Images are low res.

Can you draw a terminator/judge with a trombone in front of a christmas tree holding a present with a stick of C-4 stuck to it?? Aye, go on then!!

Another illustration for the 2000ad advent calendar. Dirk gave me this sort of strange brief of what he wanted. For once I'm quite glad how it has turned out. There are 20 odd artist who are participating in the story, so if you want to see how this fits in, here's the linki Party Crash

It's very much like the old Ian Livingstone Dungeon & Dragon books from the 80's

The Christmas tree in the background is ours, which has been decorated by my wonderful wife Kim. It was also her idea to have my Judge Dredd action figure as one of the decorations.

I've been working on a short 5 page story with Matt McLaughlin (Locus of Death) for the up and coming Dr Who WTF through the 2000ad forum. It's Dr Who, but not as you know it!

Page 1 is all finished and ready for lettering. Time to crack on with page 2!

I've never tried to draw the Dark Judges before. I'm not to happy with the way that Deaths gob has turned out to be honest, but hey-hoo!

2000ad May - June Forum Competition

The idea of this months forum competition is to choose any 2000ad related story at page 100 and put your spin on it. If the story has less than 100 pages, choose page 50, if it is less than 50, choose page 25 and so on and so on!

I've chosen page 50 of the Mike McMahon's fanastic run on Slaine - Sky Chariots. Just need to colour and letter it.

Trying to russle up a quick entry for this months 2000ad forum competition.

I think Christopher Lee's Hammer House Dracular is legenday, so I 've used this image as a reference for Captain Constanta from Feinds of the Eastern Front. Just need to ink the fecker!

Hello World!

I've loved being part if the 2000ad forum, especially the monthly art competition which I thoroughly enjoy taking part in. I decided last year to bring my pencil and pad out of retirement after many many years collecting dust.

Even though I didn't come in the top three (well done Grimm, Cpt Rhodes and Iamthesystem) of last months competition (Breaking the Law!) I received some great feedback which I'm really chuffed about!!
